About The LEARN Program

The LEARN Program provides free online courses, live webinars, and certification-aligned training for HVAC systems, energy efficiency, electrification and sustainable building careers in San Diego County.  Our courses prioritize interactive learning while giving you the tools needed to navigate the evolving landscape of today's energy-related workplace.

Whether you're a seasoned trade pro or just starting out, our short courses are designed with supporting you in upskilling and gaining new knowledge so that you can succeed in today's evolving job market with the skills of the future.

A Mission-Driven Program

The LEARN Program is a local program dedicated to providing equitable access to world-class education in energy efficiency, HVAC and electrification across the San Diego region. By empowering individuals and communities with the knowledge and tools to make sustainable choices, and training the local Skilled Trades workforce to be able to install and service energy efficient technology, we aim to drive meaningful change and build a brighter, cleaner future for everyone.
