Explore free HVAC and Energy Efficiency classes and job training in San Diego. Learn energy efficiency skills, prepare for professional certifications, and qualify for high-demand careers protecting San Diegos energy  interests, while supporting our shared energy grid in an age of rapid expansion.

The LEARN Program is funded by California utility customers under the auspices of the California Public Utilities Commission and implemented by RHA (Richard Heath & Associates) under a contract awarded by San Diego Gas & Electric Company (SDG&E®).
